Hi everybody!

This Miller & Mike newsletter is a long time coming but there is a very special event coming up that I wanted you to know about. An attempt will be made to set the Guinness world record for the longest yo-yo throw ever on Sunday August 22nd at Jones Park, downtown Appleton. I will throw a yo-yo from 4 stories up and try to make it return for a clean catch. There will be free popcorn, cotton candy and lemonade as well as a free Miller & Mike show before the record setting attempt. The whole thing starts at 3pm. State Assembly candidate, Howard Miller, will be there to meet everyone and verify the record attempt. He's my father and will work hard to balance the state budget without a tax increase, something that badly needs to be done and something the current representative didn't. Last Minute Shows Edition

Mike and I have two big shows coming up fast, fast as in today and tomorrow, depending on when you read this. The first one is a free event for everyone sponsored by a church in Oshkosh called Portico. This will be a great event full of games, food and of course the best reason to come to a party, me and Mike too. It's from 4-7pm on Thursday June 26th with a Miller & Mike show starting around 6 at Lincoln Elementary in Oshkosh at the corner of Church and Wisconsin right by Scott Hall in UWO. I made someone a promise to let him know when there was a show in Oshkosh, you know who you are and I know who you are too, so you'd better come.

Next, we have another show with Dr. Kickbutt. If you've never seen a Dr. Kickbutt show this is the one you won't want to miss. Friday June 27th at 8pm at Comedy City De Pere. Tickets are only $10, $8 for students and seniors. Mike and I will be there armed with ukelele and stumpf fiddle so join us and bring a friend.

One last thing before I forget, Mike and I will be at Communityfest in Neenah on the 4th of July at Riverside Park to do a show in the morning and later we'll be up in Green Bay at Fire on the Fox. This will be some great patriotic fun.

You can also catch Mike and I at the farmers market every Wednesday night from 3-8pm in Downtown Green Bay, but if it rains I'm not going and you can't make me.

Special TV and Summer Intro Edition

Tune your TVs to NBC 26 for the morning program Later Today from 9am -10am. Dr. Kickbutt and the Orchestra of Death will be providing the music in the morning tomorrow June 10th and Mike and I will be there. If that wasn't enough, Mike and I will be interviewed next week Wednesday June 18th at the same time on the same show. So don't miss it.

We've got lots of shows coming up this summer. We'll be at Schidt Park in Neenah at 6pm on Thursday June 12th. On Saturday June 14th Mike and I will be special guests at a concert with the Fox Valley Symphony at the timber rattler stadium at 7:30pm. You can get more details at www.foxvalleysymphony.com.

Hi everybody! I haven't sent a newsletter in long time and there is a lot going on, summer is coming, shows are getting booked, and I'm a little more bald. There are all kinds of exciting shows that are fast approaching so mark your calendars and get out your frisbee because summer is almost here.

Dr. Who?

Dr. Kickbutt. Mike and I have joined a band, but not just any band. We've teamed up with Dr. Kickbutt and the Orchestra of Death, we're in the orchestra of death part. This vaudeville, jazzy, junk band for hire is unlike anything you've seen or heard. I play the uke and Mike is on stumpfiddle. Check out Dr. Kickbutt's website and look at some of the You Tube videos, they are cool. By the way, when was the last time you saw Miller & Mike on You Tube?

Up Coming Shows

April 12th, 8:00pm with Dr. Kickbutt at the New Moon Cafe in Oshkosh

No tickets, no reservations, no cost. 10am - 4pm, shows at 12 and 3.

One last show. It's time again for the Marathon of Comedy at Comedy City, De Pere. Details are still being worked out but the date is May 16th and 17th and Miller & Mike will be there, you should be there too because it's all for charity.

Don't miss Slap Happy the newest creation at Venture Theater in Comedy City, DePere!
Slap Happy is reinventing what a play can be. Written in part and staring Tim Miller and Mike Lorenz this homage to one of their strongest comedy inspirations, the Marx Brothers, will leave you with nothing but laughs. Slap Happy is in the middle of it's run right now, with only 6 shows left there is no time to waste. Show times are 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday from now unitl December 8th. Mike and I are really proud of Slap Happy, we have wanted to bring something like this to Wisconsin for a long time. Something that is even better has been the response. So far we have played to sold-out and nearly sold-out crowds. So if you haven't called for reservations yet you better get on it. This is your chance to see Miller & Mike in a whole new way. If you like what Mike and I have done in the past and you like fun, live theater you need to see this play.

It's time once again for the Santa Scamper. Mike and I will be joined by the Green Bay Area Juggling Club to run this mile long race with the added challenge of juggling at the same time. The race takes place before the Christmas Parade in downtown Appleton on tuesday the 20th. The race starts at 6:00pm, the parade starts at 6:30pm so don't be late. For Mike and I the Santa Scamper is a tradition that started more than 10 years ago, so come on down to college Ave and cheer us on.

Special 4th of July Edition

Happy Independence Day everyone! In celebration of this great holiday Mike and I are going to work our tails off. You won't be able to avoid seeing us even if you want to, but who would want that? The first place on the 4th to find Miller and Mike will be channel 5. We will be doing a few news spots on the 6am news program. If I were you, I'd set the tivo. The only way I get up before 6 is if you put me on T.V. so I don't know who will be watching it.

On channel 5 we are going to be plugging the Festival Foods Fire on the Fox on July 4th (say that five times fast). By strange coincidence we will also be performing there later that day. It takes place at Leicht Memorial Park in Green Bay and Mike and I will be performing on the Kids Stage at 2:45p, 5:30p and 8:00p.

What's that you say? You don't want to go to Green Bay? Well the 4th of July is your lucky day. Miller and Mike will also be performing at CommunityFest in Neenah. Mike and I will putting on a show at Riverside Park at 10:30a. Don't miss it.

I can't wait for the 4th, hotdogs, apple pie and hot-torini. Be there for every second of the Miller and Mike action and don't forget to bring a friend. Tell you what, I'll have special Miller and Mike prize for anyone who comes to all 4 stage shows on the 4th. Although I can't say it will make up for all gas you use going from Neenah to Green Bay.

Hello one and all! Mike and I have some exciting things coming up this summer so be sure to read these newsletters carefully and keep an eye on www.MillerandMike.com to make sure you don't miss anything.

If there is one thing I like, it's clowing. If there are two things I like, it's clowning and eating. So I thought, why not combine them? Mike and I want to take the fun to the restaurants with our restaurant entertainment program. If you own or run a restaurant you will want to learn more at MillerandMike.com/restaurant.html. You can also send an E-mail to your favorite restaurant and tell them you want to see Miller and Mike there.

If you're a child in the West De Pere school district you need to sign up right away for the Summer Arts Institute. You can learn all about performing by taking classes in acting, improv, movie making and best of all clowning. Mike and I are going to be your clown instructors, don't miss it, sign up today.

Upcoming Shows!
Now for the good stuff. Mike and I are going to do two shows at Lambeau Field on Saturday May 12th. Go Pack Go! Check out the details by clicking here. Also if you like my yo-yo tricks you'll not want to miss another performer that day, Mark Hayward. His yo-yo and top tricks put mine to shame. You can even see him introducing Mike and I before the banana gag on one of the videos on our website. I'm really looking forward to this event. The best part is, it's free.

Mike and I will also be performing at Chickenfest in Darboy on June 22nd and 23rd. Come for Miller & Mike, stay for the chicken.

There are a few more shows coming up in May and June but you'll just have to check the website for them and don't bother checking today. They're not there because I didn't put them there and I know Mike doesn't have any idea how to change the website. You're going to have to check back in a few days. Oh, what an evil webmaster I am, ha, ha, ha.

Upcoming Shows!
There is a show coming up this weekend that you cannot miss. Mike and I going to perform at Comedy City as part of their Marathon of Comedy. It's all for charity, and it's all for free! That's right, it's free, now you really have no reason not to come. We will be performing the Return of Miller and Mike show at noon on Saturday the 31st which many of you have seen. Then at 3:00pm we will be on the stage again in a show called Miller and Mike's Mighty Marvels, this you will not want to miss.
